Stress in relationships, work and family life, affects how we feel about ourselves and each other. The simple joys of life get lost in the struggle just to endure feelings or problems that seem overwhelming. It is lonely, but you don't have to be isolated.

I provide a warm, empathetic and safe environment for you to be able to bring what troubles you, at your own pace, and for us to explore it together.

The quality of our lives depends on the quality of our thinking. Sometimes, a crisis can be a turning point, an opportunity to challenge our assumptions or bring light to unconscious choices.

For this reason, therapy is a journey of reparation and a deepening of your essential capacities and qualities such as vitality, confidence, insight, self-esteem, joy and love.

It all begins with an email to establish what your concerns and needs are. From there, depending on my availability we will arrange a mutually convenient time for an initial consultation.

Initial Consultation

Consultation Rates:

  • In Person or Online - £60 (50 mins)

So that we can explore whether I am suitable match for your current needs, an initial consultation will enable us to have a more in depth discussion to establish whether my modalities of working are going to be beneficial to your needs. If we both feel comfortable that we will work well together we will then arrange on-going therapy.


Ongoing Therapy

On-going Session Rates:

In Person or Online - starting from £60

After the initial consultation we identify the your rate based on annual income (after tax) and will arrange a regular on-going mutually convenient time for our sessions.

COVID-19: all in person sessions are conducted at a safe distance and the consulting room is sanitised between each session. If you feel unwell before your session, or test positive please let me know as soon as you can.
